WOODS IS ACQUIRED BY BRIGHTVIEW SENIOR LIVING
North Branford, CT— Effective today, Brightview Senior Living
expands its presence in New England with the acquisition of Evergreen
Woods, a life care community located in North Branford, Connecticut.
Constructed in 1991 with a total of 293 units, Evergreen Woods
is a shoreline community of extraordinary natural beauty situated
within 88 acres of wooded trails, flowering courtyards and scenic
landscapes, yet a short drive to New Haven's cultural attractions,
shops and restaurants. With the look and feel of a stately country
manor, Evergreen Woods offers numerous amenities and services including
spacious private apartment residences, fully enclosed walkways,
indoor pool and spa, restaurant-style dining, and an on-site, private
Health Center with short and long-term nursing care available.
